Customers can submit an inquiry via the website form. Our sales team will then process the details and provide a quotation. Once all transaction terms are confirmed, a proforma invoice (PI) will be issued. Production commences after we receive the initial deposit based on the PI. Upon order completion, we share photos and videos of the finished products and their packaging. Before shipment, the remaining balance must be settled. We then arrange delivery to the customer’s destination via air or sea freight.
